Empowering Innovation Through Access
PolyTech Innovation Lab bridges the gap between academic learning and hands-on engineering practice.
Established to serve the university community, PolyTech Innovation Lab is a fully equipped, professionally managed facility offering registered members access to cutting-edge tools and technologies. From advanced robotics kits and precision fabrication machines to AI computing platforms and imaging devices, our inventory is continuously updated to reflect the latest developments in science and engineering.
Our mission is to ensure that no great idea is held back by a lack of equipment. By centralising resources and streamlining the booking process, we enable students, researchers, and faculty to focus on what matters most — creating, experimenting, and discovering.
The lab is staffed by experienced technicians who maintain all instruments to industry-standard operating conditions. Every item is inspected, calibrated, and logged before and after each loan. Members can therefore rely on equipment that is safe, accurate, and fully functional at the start of every session.
Membership is open to all currently enrolled students, academic staff, and approved research personnel. To become a member, visit the Lab Administration Office or register through the university portal.

Arduino kits, Raspberry Pi sets, robotic arm assemblies, servo controllers, and NVIDIA Jetson modules.
Electronics & Prototyping
Oscilloscopes, soldering stations, multimeters, breadboard kits, and PCB printers for circuit design.
3D Fabrication
FDM and resin 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC routers, and LiDAR scanners for precision manufacturing.
AI & Computing
High-performance GPU workstations and edge computing devices for machine learning and AI development.
Imaging & Sensing
VR headsets, thermal cameras, 360° cameras, high-speed cameras, and drones for visual capture.
Measurement & Testing
Signal generators, spectrum analysers, probe sets, and precision instruments for lab experimentation.
Reservation Policy
Booking Rules & Guidelines
Adhere to the following policies to ensure fair access for all members.
⏳ Advance Booking Window
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and no more than 72 hours before your intended pickup time.
📦 One Item Per Session
Each reservation covers a single piece of equipment. Multiple items require separate bookings on separate forms.
🔒 Members Only
Equipment rental is restricted to registered lab members with a valid username and password.
⚠️ Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for safe use and timely return. Damage or loss may result in suspension of borrowing privileges.
